WHAT WE ACHIEVED
We created plain language versions
of these forms:
- Voluntary Investment Plan,
- Tax Free Investment Plan,
- Retirement Annuity,
- Equity Linked Living Annuity,
- Preservation fund, and
- Endowment.
One of the biggest challenges we faced was the inherent complexity and intimidating nature of these products, as well as the overwhelming volume of information. On our very first day, we found ourselves asking questions like “What on earth is an endowment?”
