As huge fans of Takealot, we were beyond excited when they asked us to help them redo their returns policy.
The focus of this project was to make the returns policy as consumer friendly as possible, while still making sure that Takealot complies with the Consumer Protection Act.
How do we know that the new returns policy was more consumer friendly? We tested it on actual consumers.
We receive packages from Takealot almost daily.
